Art Content was established in 2011 by Dr. Warren Feeney for the independent valuation of historical and contemporary Aotearoa New Zealand Art for insurance and Estate purposes.
Dr. Warren Feeney has worked professionally as an art consultant, gallery director, art historian, art critic and commentator for more than 35 years. He has written extensively on the visual arts and is the author of publications that include ‘CSA: The Radical, the Reactionary and the Canterbury Society of Arts 1880-1997. In 2018 he established ‘Artbeat’ a monthly visual arts newspaper and guide to galleries in Ōtautahi Christchurch and Waitaha Canterbury. His valuation services include specific collections in the Canterbury Museum and numerous private collections.
